Creatine Jotter

Support

Help with doses, reminders, iCloud sync, hydration, your protocol, and app data.

Common topic

Dose history

You can undo the latest dose or open the calendar to review previous days. If a past day is incomplete, use the app's backfill action to add the amount that was missing.

Common topic

Reminders are not arriving

Check that reminders are enabled in Creatine Jotter and that notifications are allowed in iOS Settings. Reminders are scheduled locally on your iPhone and do not require an account.

Common topic

iCloud sync

In the person sheet on Today, turn on Sync with iCloud. You must be signed into iCloud on the device. Your profile and dose history sync through your private iCloud account.

Common topic

Loading progress

The percentage is an evidence-calibrated guide based on published cohort averages and your logs. It is not a direct measurement of muscle creatine or a medical result.

Common topic

Hydration tracking

Choose the cup or bottle size you normally use, then tap to record each one. Hydration entries currently remain on this iPhone and are not included in iCloud sync.

Health information

Educational, not medical advice

Creatine Jotter is an educational tracking tool. Speak to a qualified healthcare professional if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant, or are unsure whether creatine is suitable for you.

Data deletion

Reset your app data

In Creatine Jotter, open the person button on the Today screen, scroll to Data, and tap Reset all data. This removes your local profile, dose history, hydration entries, settings, and scheduled reminders. There is no undo.

If iCloud sync is enabled, keep the app connected while the reset is sent to your private iCloud database. For help with an unusual sync or deletion case, email us.
